Do you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank, or Triodos Bank? If so, the good news is that you can pay using iDEAL. This is the easiest payment method on the internet. It’s also free of charge!

Credit card
You can also pay by credit card in our online shop. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards for your orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept other credit cards, such as American Express, nor do we accept Visa Debit cards. You will be pleased to know that our website is secure and has an SSL certificate, which means you can place your orders in a completely secure environment. After verifying your credit card details, we will dispatch your order the same day. We will only charge your credit card after you have received your order. Credit card payments to Trivio are also free of charge.

More and more transactions are nowadays conducted using the PayPal online payment system. We are therefore offering this payment option too. All you need to do is log in using your personal PayPal details and then approve the payment. After your payment has been approved, we will send your order the same day. All to ensure your cycling fun! This payment option is free of charge.

Delayed payment
We will send your package as soon as we have received your payment. Unfortunately, this can sometimes go wrong. In the unusual case that we receive payment late, it is possible that dispatching the package will also be delayed. We will obviously do our utmost to ensure that you get your Trivio order as quickly as possible.

Paid using iDEAL, received no order confirmation
Have you paid using iDEAL, but are not sure whether the payment has actually gone through? We advise that you check your bank account to see if the amount has been deducted. If it has not, then you can place the same order again, safe in the knowledge that the amount will not be deducted from your bank account twice.

Has the payment gone through, but have you not received confirmation of your order from us? No worries, it is quite possible that the e-mail will follow a little later. Processing payment orders can sometimes take up to an hour. If you have not received confirmation of your order after an hour, please feel free to contact our customer service department. Have your transaction number to hand and we will look into it for you!

Your invoice is your proof of purchase. Invoices are attached to the order confirmation e-mails we send to you. You can also find your invoices in your online account; just log in via My Trivio. Click on the order and you can view, download, and print your invoice.
