Changing or cancelling your order

Are you happy with your order, but have you now discovered that you have made a mistake? No problem at all! As long as your order has not left our warehouse, you may change or cancel it. But be quick - our staff do their very best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible! Below are a number of options for changing or cancelling your order.

Have you not yet received confirmation that your order has been dispatched? In that case, please contact the Trivio customer services department on +31 (0)46 457 27 96. We will be pleased to help you change or cancel your order. Processing cancellations is free of charge.

Have you received confirmation that your order has been dispatched (that is, your order has left our warehouse), but it has not yet been delivered? In that case, you can refuse the order when it is delivered to your address. Inform the person making the delivery that you do not wish to receive it. Your package will then be returned to us. This option does not incur any charges. As soon as we have received the returned package, we will contact you to find a solution - by arranging for the correct products to be sent, for example, or by repaying the order amount into your bank account.

Have you accepted the package from the person making the delivery? This is also no problem. Just send the package back. Returning a package is very easy. For more information, see our returns and service page.
