Dispatching and delivery

As soon as you have completed your order, we set about the task of getting it to you as quickly as possible. It goes without saying that you will be impatient to receive your Trivio package. If you order before 5 PM on a weekday, we will ensure that your order is dispatched the same day by our logistisc partner DPD Group. Below is a list of our delivery days.

We offer free shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux) if the order amount is €50 or more. If your order amount is less than €50, or needs to be deliverd outside the Benelux, we charge a dispatch fee depending on the country of delivery. Underneath you can find an overview of delivery countrys and costs. These costs are VAT included.

We will of course keep you up to date with your delivery. After placing your Trivio order, you will receive an e-mail from us with the order confirmation. The e-mail will also include a Track & Trace link and code. After the package has left our warehouse, you can use the Track & Trace link to monitor its progress. The link enables you to use our logistic partner DPD Group website to keep track of where your order is.

If you won’t be home for any reason, no need to worry! You can change the delivery time slot beforehand to another day, or arrange to have your package delivered to a DPD Pickup Parcelshop. On the day of delivery you can check your track & trace code to see what time your package will arrive. If this delivery slot is not convenient, you can change it.

If you have still missed your Trivio delivery, then DPD will try again the next day, or they will leave your package with a neighbour. If the second attempt also fails, we will leave it with the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop for you to collect at your convenience. We know after all that you want to start using our products right away!
